Days can be long and life can be stressful, but there’s nothing like recharging on the dance floor!

Whether you enjoy dancing in your living room or out with friends, it’s an activity that’s good for the soul.

Especially when paired with your favorite music.

The lovely ladies in the video below learned a line dance routine set to the epic song “Footloose,” and their performance is a lot of fun to watch.

Be sure to grab your cowboy boots, because they might inspire you to join in with them!

Kenny Loggins released “Footloose” in 1984 and the song has been on many people’s list of favorites since then.

With its catchy tune and lyrics, it’s near impossible not to bop along to it. But for this performance, it’s Blake Shelton’s rendition playing in the background, which has an awesome country twist!

The eight women are in front of a mirror and dressed in red shirts and denim. While their outfits are somewhat similar, they appear to come from a variety of age groups.

Once Shelton starts singing, the dancers fly into their country-style routine.

If you think these ladies are going to perform at a slow pace, think again!

They quickly get their boots moving and their hands clapping, all while staying in sync.

Really, the only thing they need are some cowboy hats to top things off.

After following a series of steps, the group changes direction and starts all over again.

The routine was choreographed by Levi J. Hubbard and Starla Rodgers, and the performance is from Korea Noble Line Dance.

Not only does it look like a blast to do – but it’s pretty neat to watch different-aged women rock it as a group.

Koreans know how to dance. They love it! Just do a quick search and you’ll find boy and girl groups each with their own unique style.

One viewer commented:

“I don’t get tired of watching it, I wish I could give 1000 likes…Beautiful, perfect coordination.”

And it is certainly a cool take on a classic hit with its iconic dance.

This version is 21 years older than the original.

Yes, Footloose came out in 1984 but it is still one of the more popular song and dance combos out there!

Not everyone has visited a country-western bar and “line danced” the night away. However, there are plenty of popular line dances that you might know some of the steps for.

Perhaps you danced the “Boot Scootin’ Boogie” at your cousin’s wedding, or you could do the “Macarena” like nobody’s business during the 90s.

Or, maybe you watched your kids do the “Cupid Shuffle” enough times that one day you finally jumped in.

Well, don’t be surprised if you want to learn this “Footloose” dance too!

The routine matches up well with Shelton’s version of the classic, which he created to go along with the 2011 remake of the film, Footloose.

While the movie plot revolves around a town that’s banned dancing, there’s no stopping these ladies from lighting up the dance floor!

Once they complete a full 360-degree circle, repeating the steps in each direction, they simply just start it over.

Since the video was uploaded it’s been watched more than a million times.

A viewer commented:

“This dance looks great. They all dance so beautifully!”

Another person was able to learn it for themselves, writing:

“Thank you. I learned it in less than 5 minutes. :)”

See, this is the beauty of line dancing.

Pretty basic steps done by everyone involved so even if you’re shy, just fall in line and follow along. It’s all about having fun and cutting loose!
