Ever since Barbie hit the shelves sometime in 1959, she didn’t stop becoming an icon. In fact, the doll is so popular that about 92% of American girls have owned Barbie. Her popularity increased with Ken’s release.
A lot of little girls dream of being just like Barbie.
And that’s not surprising at all. The plastic doll isn’t just beautiful. If you’ve read Barbie stories or watched her movie, you’d know that she has a good heart, too.
Professional dancers Alexander and Veronika Voskalchuk impressed their audience with a Ken and Barbie performance.
They delivered their routine so well that their performance quickly went viral. It earned tons of praise from people who love dancing and, of course, Barbie and Ken.
Their video has earned more than 2.3 million views.
Once you see it, you’d understand why people fell in love with their routine. It was nothing short of magical.
Their performance started in an interesting way.
Instead of two people posing at the center of the stage, Alexander and Veronika had to be carried. Their bodies were stiff as if they were real dolls.
Seeing them not moving made the audience curious.
They were probably wondering if there was something wrong with the dancers. The two stood motionless for a couple of seconds.
Looking at what they were wearing, one could easily tell the theme of their performance.
Veronika was wearing a very beautiful dress. With her blonde hair, she really looked like a doll. Alexander, on the other hand, resembled Ken in so many ways. His hair was on point. His outfit was very much the doll’s style, too.
Then, Aqua’s song “Barbie Girl” began playing in the background and Ken started moving.
He went on all fours as Barbie was quick to sit on his back. He pretended to give her a ride- and that’s just the start of their routine.
A few more seconds into the video, the couple started their real routine.
Unlike the first few steps they performed, their movements started getting more graceful. In fact, it was like watching a princess dance with her prince.
They waltzed around like they were a part of a fairy tale story.
It was mesmerizing to watch. The way Veronika’s dress swayed with her movement was just magical. Alexander was able to match his partner’s grace in dancing.
The pair has been dancing for more than 20 years already.

With all those years, it’s not surprising how they were able to dance in tune with each other. Every movement was well-calculated. No one missed a step.
The couple’s performance earned thousands of comments.
One particular YouTube user said:
