What do firefighters do on their free time?
Most folks would say they do their paperwork, have coffee, train, and even nap, and for sure those answers are true.
But these tough hard working guys need a break and have some fun too.


Social media can be so toxic and negative, but there are certain content that’s really amusing and entertaining.
Trends to do come and go, including those challenges that go viral for awhile.
Like the fitness ball challenge.
It’s pretty simple really, as the participants can do whatever they want so long as the ball doesn’t hit the ground.


So here’s a short video with a bunch of firefighters taking on the same challenge.
They must have done it right because they have over 140K likes for this!
Of course, most of those reactions were probably from women but hey…


So it starts off with 2 guys holding the big ball in between themselves using their chest and tummies as they high five each other and spin.
Do keep in mind that these fitness balls are quite heavy, and they tend to bounce.
This challenge does require a certain level of strength and fitness for sure.


Both men do a squat before extending their arms and rotating them on the ball, making sure to keep it balanced as they slide over to the other side with the ball rolling on their backs.
So far so good!
And really, these guys deserve some fun time, like this viewer says after translating it from French,
“You are right to have fun, these moments are so rare for you who are always on the front line in our sad society.”


These firefighters are anything but sad that’s for sure!
And they continue on, the ball never once touching the ground even as one guy gets on his knees and passes under his buddy’s legs.
For some reason, their colleagues are just standing in the back with more fitness balls…


Until one of the performers jumps on his partner for the finale.
That’s when the other balls rain down on them.
“Well done ! You are beautiful and in sync! Plus we can’t do without you ❤ thank you so much”, praised another French viewer.
