Now six years old, Justin Wilson II or “LJ” has already been in the spotlight for quite some time. His endearing performances are the catalyst to their family’s YouTube channel blowing up to 224,000 subscribers and started when the tiny drumming prodigy was just two years old.
In this heartwarming video, LJ and his dad sit back to back and have a jam session to “Wake Me Up” that would brighten anyone’s day.
The song is dedicated to “Mom and Shia,” a fact that this five-year-old isn’t going to let viewers forget.
As soon as the song starts, LJ twists his head around to make sure his mother is watching the song he’s playing for her.
It’s impossible not to love little LJ, the sweet little boy is more concerned with making sure his mom hears the song he’s playing for her but it only highlights how talented he is.
Even as he’s distracted by looking for mom, LJ’s muscle memory takes over and the gifted kid plays “Wake Me Up” to perfection.
