Farming is not easy.
It takes hard work and dedication to make sure that the crops are well taken care of. Not to mention the man hours and the equipment to use.
But these brothers from Kansas make it all worthwhile.
Meet Greg, Nathan, and Kendal.
They are the Peterson Brothers, a 5th-generation family of farmers who loves to share videos of what they do across social media.
They do have a great number of followers all throughout Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok.
Both Youtube and Facebook accounts have been active for more than a decade.
The love for farming passed along from generation to generation and now it’s the brothers’ time to shine.
The Peterson Farm started in 1882.
And has been raising cattle and crops ever since.
With the help of social media, Greg, Nathan, and Kendal, together with their parents, their wives, and their sister, help spread knowledge and their humor while working at the farm.
They currently made about 30 music videos, most of which are parodies of popular songs like “Sexy And I Know It,” “Gangnam Style,” the “Ghost Busters” theme song, and “We Will Rock You” to name a few.
But this parody takes the cake.
They also make original songs.
According to their website, “Ever since we began producing content, we have realized a need to inform people about what we do in farming and in agriculture as a whole.”
To help with the many misconceptions about farmers, the Peterson Brothers felt the need to help correct some of those misconceptions.
Back into parodies, they often love to add humor and positive vibes.
One good parody they made was the “Farmer Rock Anthem” based on the popular song “Party Rock Anthem” by LMFAO.
The song starts with “farmers being in the field” while “everybody just have a good time.”
As the video progresses, they feature how tractors and other farm equipment are used in the fields. They also featured some of their farmer friends who also make similar content.
It’s a great look into farm life.
The video has over 2 million views.
And people have shown their appreciation through the comments.
A user commented, “I appreciate all the hard work the farmers do for us. They are unsung heroes. May God continue to bless you all. Oh, I really like your videos.”
While we are entertained by the music videos, they also have their own “Farm Joke” videos which are also as fun to watch as the other content they have.
They’re sharing knowledge through social media.
The Peterson Farm Bros also post updates and Vlogs on their “Day In The Life” of being farmers.
The videos explain what they typically do during harvest, preparing for winter, and sometimes the not-so-good days.
Nevertheless, they keep on moving forward and sharing their knowledge and happiness through social media for people to appreciate farming more and more.
