British electronic music duo Disclosure released “You and Me” as a digital download in 2013, featuring vocals by Eliza Doolittle.

After the Flume remix, the song gained popularity and was eventually included in NME’s “25 essential UK garage anthems” list in 2019.

As it turns out, the song can be played on marching band instruments as well—which is exactly what Meute did.

Needless to say, the results were amazing! It was a live performance with everyone embracing the brass theme.

The crowd at Görlitzer Park in Berlin was extremely lucky that day.

They got to enjoy such an incredible live performance! Meute put on a phenomenal show and no additional DJ was needed that day—these incredible guys did it all by themselves with their drums and instruments.

The group consists of 11 drummers and horn players from Hamburg, Germany.

Even though the original song is mostly electronic, they had no issue replicating it with their instruments. Who says you have to be in a club to enjoy some good music with energy bursting all around? You don’t even have to have electricity!

Meute moved electronic music off the turntables and made it explode in the streets for a crowd.

The only thing there was left to do was dance, dance, dance!

Though everyone did a great job, the xylophone player was especially on top of his game.

The whole band is flawless.

The crowd was in awe that day, and we’re guessing you’ll be left speechless as well. But the guy who plays xylophone had the toughest task of not making a mistake the entire song—and he came prepared.

The band had on hats, headphones and sneakers—they were a fully outfitted brass band.

All the band members wore red blazers that look like a part of a marching uniform, and they all seemed to be enjoying themselves to the fullest. They clearly got lost in the music, and what more could you ask for from someone who came to entertain?

The trumpeteers also did a tremendous job—their beat is simply unbelievable.

Most notably, the trumpet solo around the second half of the third minute is amazing!

As it turns out, “meute” means “crowd” in German, which explains a lot.

The group’s whole purpose is to take good care of the crowd, and they definitely did. The thing we love the most is how much the audience appreciates the effort and creativity here! They are grooving in the background, and this is the first time in a while we’ve seen a group of people watching something directly and not through their phones!

Nearly everyone in the crowd was simply enjoying the moment.

This performance is sure to give you a tingly feeling all over. They were definitely a lucky crowd!

The group has their own YouTube channel with 284,000 subscribers.

The video was published in 2018 and has already accumulated more than 34 million views.

There is something catchy about the fact that a marching band is playing an electric song. Meute made it sound victorious, happy and celebratory—and we forgot to mention the happy bass drummer. The way he’s clearly enjoying himself is priceless.
