Singer Claire Crosby spreads joy across the internet with every music video she creates. Just recently, she and her dad joined for an at-home duet of the song “Shallow,” and it too is winning people’s hearts!
In only a few days, their daddy-daughter performance has already been viewed millions of times online.
Seven-year-old Claire is an internet sensation from Seattle with a voice of gold.
The world first fell in love with the tiny vocalist when she was three-years-old. Although Claire’s parents picked up on her talent when she was just a baby – it was after her dad posted a video online of her singing “Part of Your World” that she was launched into social media stardom. As of now, she has more than four million followers on Facebook alone!
Claire’s videos are often solo performances. However, she’s sometimes accompanied by other talented members of the Crosby family.
It’s not very surprising that both of Claire’s parents are musically gifted as well. Her dad Dave discovered his own passion when he was just a kid, which led him to play in high school and college bands. Dave explained to Parents that it was at the age of 12 that he “really” got into the guitar.

Interestingly, Dave even appeared as a contestant on The Voice (season 13) where he became part of “Team Adam.” He made it as far as the Battle Rounds in the competition.
Over the past several years, Dave and Claire have teamed up for father-daughter duets that have gone viral. Together they’ve sung beautiful versions of “Meant to Be,” “Oh Holy Night,” and “You’ve Got a Friend in Me.”
Now, they can add the award-winning song “Shallow” to the list.
The track comes from the film, A Star is Born and is famously sung by Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper. Other music artists have covered “Shallow” as well, including Kelly Clarkson, Pentatonix, and Nick Jonas.

The video is filmed inside the Crosby’s home with Claire sitting on top of their kitchen table. In the beginning, Dave reveals that they’re performing the song for Claire’s mom (who’s behind the camera) because it’s her favorite. He then begins strumming his guitar and singing the opening lyrics to “Shallow,” all while his daughter watches.
When Dave and Claire’s eyes meet it’s hard not to let your heart melt into a puddle.
A short time in, Claire takes over with her stunning voice.
Fans have been amazed by the tiny singer’s vocal skills ever since she was three-years-old. As she’s gotten older, people’s amazement has continued to grow. One viewer commented:
