The holiday season is a time of year where everywhere you look, you’ll find people in good spirits. But for those who could still use a little push – what better remedy than a beautiful Christmas song.

Celtic Woman is an all-female music group from Ireland that can make hearts soar with their voices. While they cover a variety of styles and dazzle crowds throughout the year, there’s something extra magical about their Christmas performances. Perhaps it’s because they themselves sound like angels!

The Celtic Woman gave such a magnificent performance of “Joy to the World.”

The event took place in Dublin, Ireland at The Helix, where audience members were treated to a spectacular Christmas show. It was a night to remember with twinkling lights, an orchestra, a choir – and of course, the four lovely ladies of Celtic Woman!

The ensemble made its debut back in 2005 and has been an international music sensation ever since.

Celtic Woman celebrates their Irish roots by performing traditional music from their country, in addition to contemporary and classical styles. Although the group members have changed over the years, they’ve held onto a “signature sound” that mesmerizes crowds and listeners consistently.

On their website, it says:

“Both an accomplished recording ensemble and a world-class performing collective, Celtic Woman celebrates Ireland’s rich musical and cultural heritage, while continuing its remarkable legacy of introducing some of Ireland’s most talented singers and musicians onto the world stage.”

Their heavenly rendition of “Joy to the World” has more than 11.9 million views on YouTube.

If Celtic Woman were to sing the phonebook it would sound like a gorgeous tune you’d want to hear again and again. That’s why their talent combined with such a faith-filled carol is nothing less than breathtaking.

The four angels in red are center-stage performing “Joy to the World.” However, it’s also a performance that has the entire auditorium involved.

Orchestra members beautifully play their instruments, the choir joins in, and even the concert attendees can’t resist singing along. If magic does indeed exist, there was a lot of it swirling around in the theater that night!

Just when it couldn’t get more stunning, it starts to snow.

The holiday season and snowfall go almost as hand in hand as Celtic Woman and Christmas songs. So, when white snowflakes begin to fall on the artists while they sing, it’s the perfect touch.
