We've all seen street performers gather a crowd before, but few people can evoke the spirit of the original band like they do here!

It is rare to see a random band play a tune that completely draws people’s attention, despite the busyness of the crowd.

There are times when we stop to watch a busker for a while but then walk away after just a few seconds. While there are bands who couldn’t keep people’s interest for long, this particular band definitely does—even when we’re just watching them perform on our smartphone screens!

They are called the FunFiction band, a cover band led by an Argentina-born singer-songwriter, David Reina Baker.

As Baker currently lives in London with his wife, he spends his time busking with his bandmates on the streets of London, bringing the people good, old-fashioned music from the ’60s as well as the popular chart-topping hits of today.

Each band member is a seasoned musician, excelling in their own craft.

Put together, they do not fail to attract crowds and give all of them a great time with their soulful music.

Their cover performance of this U2 classic will surely win you over!

There are times when we just feel like listening to good, melancholic music—especially during a solo trip in the car or while sitting idly at home after a tiring day.

Most probably, U2’s “With or Without You” is one of the songs on your sad ballad playlist.

It is a great song to listen to, and it didn’t become one of U2’s biggest hits for no reason!

As it turns out, this is actually one of their most covered songs, and we can count the FunFiction band as they are one of the bands who gave their unique take of this wonderful classic.

The band was in the middle of a busy street when they busted out this U2 cover.

They started playing its familiar tune with their instruments, slowly building up to the song’s verses.

Baker, the lead singer, then began singing with a voice that sounds like cold, lonely rain—perfect for the song’s theme.

As they went on to sing the chorus, the drummer backed Baker with his smooth secondary vocals while performing his odd drumming style—hitting one of the drumsticks on his lap rather than on the hi-hat.

After that, the camera pans to the back, letting viewers in on a surprising sight.

We could only see the band playing while people are passing by in the background, making it seem like they did not have much of an audience as they performed their cover.

However, the camera slowly panned towards the back, and it showed a large number of people who had stopped by to hear them play. It was such an amazing and satisfying sight to see the crowds’ smiles while enjoying their music.

They continued to show off their passion as the buskers kept playing to keep them glued in place.

Every solo was electrifying, and it is almost impossible to take your eyes off them even for a second.

Baker nailed his passionate vocals, while the skilled drummer continued to beat his drums and provide pleasant vocal harmonies.

Furthermore, their bass guitarist may just be keeping his stoic face for show, but he never failed to produce the juiciest bass lines during the performance!

This incredibly talented bunch’s music is always a pleasure to hear.
