City of the Sun is a unique post-rock group out of New York City.
When they’re not making their own original music, the talented band does brilliant covers that leave crowds stunned.
In this video, you can see the musicians board the subway and immediately pull out their instruments to start jamming.
While two of them begin playing their acoustic guitar, the other one sits on a wooden box and plays a drumbeat on it.
Right from the get-go, you can tell these guys are hugely talented and passionate about music.
The crowd on the subway perks up, and you can see their attention begin to draw toward the three musicians randomly serenading the group of transit riders.
They play complex flurries of music while carefully thrashing around to the music, and everyone on board loves the display they’re putting on.
