Jason and Hannah Lee just got married and they know how important their first dance will be, and they decided why not be more creative on their very first dance?
Unlike the usual sweet waltz and sappy moments shared by other newlyweds in their wedding receptions, these two wanted to go for a more epic and lively performance. Wearing their Chuck Taylors and their amazing smiles, the lovely couple gave their guests the first dance to remember!
It’s a party anyway so why not liven it up with some incredible swing music and the epic “Lindy Hop”?
Known as the grandfather of all swing dances, the Lindy Hop has been around since the early 1900s, evolving from the Charleston dance. It’s a very unique dance style, anchored on the dancers’ creativity as it relies on the performers’ improvisation and great timing.
The Lindy Hop requires athleticism as it usually involves crazy flips and twirls between partners in its routine. It is definitely a wild and spontaneous style of partner dancing and Jason and Hannah totally gave justice to the Lindy Hop dance, leaving their wedding guests, family, and friends utterly amazed and undeniably entertained on that unforgettable day.
When Olly Murs’ “Dance With Me Tonight” played in the air, the groom instantly caught the crowd’s attention by bopping to the beat as he removed his jacket. He was cool and confident as he called the crowd and his groomsmen to hype up the party. His bride was waiting on the side and visibly enjoys the entertainment building in the reception.
Jason got everyone hooked as he started the dance, giving off a very energetic vibe and making everyone feel that the party has definitely begun. He was teasing his beautiful bride as he grooved to the music and showing off some fun moves of his own. He beckons Hannah to join in the dance and she answered in such a surprising way that the crowd went wild and cheered loudly.
The couple danced together and absolutely ruled the dance floor. It was a moment made only for them and boy, did they make the most out of it!
Swinging and twirling while hand in hand, Jason and Hannah showed the crowd what they got. Their amazing smiles and laughter as they performed meant they were really having so much fun together.
Hannah totally rocked the cocktail dress version of her wedding gown and made really crazy stunts and high jumps while wearing her Chuck Taylors. She was radiant and anybody would agree that she is having such a great time.
The groomsmen joined Jason on the dance floor and wooed the audience with their smooth moves. Next came Hannah and her bridesmaids who were stunning and graceful as they dance, some of them even without their shoes on!
Everyone was having such a fun time! The couple totally made their dance one special wedding dance to remember. It’s a dance you’d never want to miss!
