A woman named Colleen decided to plan one of these unique dances for her wedding reception.

But, instead of grabbing her soon-to-be hubby, she got a hold of the bridesmaids and worked on an epic dance that he could enjoy watching. What a lucky guy!

Get ready for a fun performance that’s been viewed over 600,000 times.

In the video, bride Colleen joins her girlfriends on the dance floor so they can heat things up. What better way to do so than with Robin Thicke’s hit song “Blurred Lines?”

Colleen’s looking gorgeous in her white gown and is surrounded by her purple-wearing bridesmaids. They become the stars of the reception, dancing in a synchronized fashion to the track. Naturally, the groom and his groomsmen have the best seats in the house for the show!

It’s a dance performance that has a twist.

All of a sudden, the music switches from modern to old-school, with the 1960s classic “Surfin’ U.S.A.” filling the venue. The girls’ dance style changes as well, and they pull out their best California beach moves.

As you might have guessed, their routine is made up of a medley of songs, and it keeps it vibrant!

Once the group finishes with The Beach Boys, they get down to V.I.C’s “Wobble.” Then it’s time for some Spice Girls! Seriously, what girl-power performance would be complete without a little “Wannabe?”

The ladies dance to a variety of tunes from different decades.

At one point, they even transform into zombies for Michael Jackson’s “Thriller.” Not only does it look like they’re having a blast – but one can only imagine how much fun they had learning the routine together.

Planning a surprise dance would take a lot of time, hard work, and practice. But if it’s not really your style – there are other creative ways to add flavor to a reception that won’t call for your own dancing shoes.

According to a list from The Knot, bringing in “surprise entertainment” could help make a reception or cocktail hour more fun. They gave ideas like hiring a salsa dancer, aerialists, a mariachi band, or a magician!

Surely the groom appreciated all the effort Colleen and her buddies put into the unforgettable performance.

From NSYNC to The Beatles, it’s a blend of music that has a little something for everyone. Each tune prompts its own set of moves – like when the song “Barbie Girl” comes on, the bride and her friends become living dolls.

Eventually, the song “Single Ladies” comes on…

Two things that go together like oil and vinegar are weddings and “being single.” When Beyonce’s anthem takes over, all the ladies start dancing in a group – including the very married bride!

Her new husband’s not having it.

A short time into their “Single Ladies” dance, the groom comes swooping in and picks up Colleen. He puts her over his shoulder and then heads off the dance floor as everyone cheers. It’s obviously a planned ending, and it’s a really perfect one!
