The video we’re talking about is an audienceless performance that will blow your mind.

Instead of doing live shows in front of an enormous crowd, musician FKJ decided to stir things up by performing at a different scene: a natural landscape where only cameramen and drones were the ones watching and recording.

The mixture of the natural landscape combined with his music was simply exquisite.

With the help of Cercle, a platform dedicated to setting up live performances in unusual places, FKJ got the chance to showcase his talent and signature “expanding grooves” at the world-famous salt flat Salar de Uyuni.

The landscape offers a beautiful panoramic view of the mountainous surroundings and the water acts as a natural mirror, offering a crystal clear reflection of the sky. The way the majestic expanse merged with FKJ’s chill and groovy music was absolutely breathtaking.

In this clip, FKJ performs an endless stream of groovy beats.

FKJ started off with a calm intro.

You could already experience goosebumps as the revitalizing prerecorded instrumental blended with the piano. Ending it with an echoing effect, he slowly transitions to his next instrument: the saxophone. With an off-beat percussive accompaniment, he’s able to build up the intensity for the next segment.

After the saxophone intro, he followed up with the more groovy tracks like “Go Back Home” and “Unchained.”

FKJ performed each track with a touch of creativity. From lo-fi tunes to groovy hip-hop beats, the diversity of skill is just hard to believe.

The vivid, orange sky was reflected on the water as FJK continued to play with the sun setting behind him.

The picture-perfect moment where his silhouette plays with the sun on his back is a sight to behold. With a couple more minutes left, he brings his performance to a close with a single, prolonged piano note.

In all, his live-streamed performance captured the hearts of the internet.

The whole episode was live-streamed on Facebook but fans were relieved when it was posted on YouTube a year ago. Collecting an enormous number of nine million views, people keep coming back to it for its relaxing vibes.
