Almost everyone in their teens had listened to one of their songs or heard them on the radio from time to time.
The Backstreet Boys are at it again.
Truly a classic boyband, Backstreet Boys has been in the music industry for almost three decades and sold over 100 million records worldwide.
The American vocal group, Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, AJ McLean, Brian Littrell, and Kevin Richardson, received their star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame in April 2013.
They have made multiple hits.
They’ve released chart-toppers like “Shape Of My Heart,” “I Want It That Way,” and “As Long As You Love Me” to name a few.
They’re releasing their first holiday album.
This Holiday Season, we are in for a treat as they are releasing their first-ever album “A Very Backstreet Christmas” which is out now!
This is their 10th studio album and entered the Billboard Top Holiday Albums chart at Number 1, and debuted on the Billboard 200 chart at number 17.
They’re kicking off with a classic.
The first single from the album, “Last Christmas”, was released on September 6th, and an official Music Video was released November 1st.
The video from their Official Youtube Channel already got millions of views since its release.
The music video opens with footage in a studio where AJ asked, “Can we get it from the top one more time, please?” And the music in the background started to play.
There was a scene where Nick, Howie, Brian, and Kevin lifted a Christmas Tree with Nick asking AJ to come along, as the cameras take photos of them.
This song does not disappoint.
Their melody and rhythm have always been great.
It’s a goosebump-worthy melody.
Reminiscing the days of listening to their songs on the radio while driving, or simply chilling in our bedroom as teens.
Their voices are still as crisp and vibrant as ever, it seems as if you’re still listening to them singing this song in 1999.
Each member sang their piece with a superb performance.
This should be included as one of the best renditions of the song.
Fans are giving it rave reviews.
Fans all over the world shared their heartfelt appreciation for the band.
A Youtube user commented, “I was a 13yrs old boy when I first listened to I will never break your heart. Now heading towards 39 and I am still proud to say BSB is my fav boy band, introducing the songs to my kids.”
Another user commented, “A truly iconic boyband their music has stood the test of time love this cover they’ve got it going on for sure.”
The Holiday Album was initially slated to be released in 2021, but due to VOCID-19 Pandemic, it was pushed on October 14, 2022.
