She daintily hops across the stage.

Some children would just skip and hop but you can see Anastasia point her feet before shifting to another posture.

This just shows that her movements are planned, precise, and most of all, deliberate.

She showed grace and balance through her rapid fouetté turns, her graceful and soaring grand jetés, her emotive adagio movements, and her flawless pirouettes are all highlights of her mesmerizing performances.

She skipped and turned nimbly but gracefully, showing that even at a young age, she has already realized the level of physical strength and discipline these different moves demand.

It’s hard to believe that a child like her can perform a number this well!

Anastasia and her parents also posted some of her performances on her Instagram account.

She also performed the vigorous Tarantella from Gavrilin’s ballet “Anyuta.”

The number demanded quick and strong kicks and leg raises accentuated by pirouettes.

She has also joined several big performances and solo recitals with different musicians and artists.

She is an incredible dancer and she’s just getting started.

Different ballet schools from all over the world recommend starting dance at a young age.

The common consensus between these schools is that ballet enhances a child’s sense of confidence and discipline.

Cognitively, dance enhances a child’s gross and fine motor skills, motor planning, and proprioception through the memorization of routines and steps.

These steps can vary from simple to complex.

This can also help with endurance, agility, and dexterity.

Most importantly, letting children join programs with same-aged peers can help them with their socialization skills.

They also develop a good work ethic early on which can help them in their future endeavors.

Watch how this 6-year-old dances Cipolliino in a magical way.
