The craziest things can happen at football games, and Taylor Swift doesn’t even have to be there.
Mascots might do something hilarious, or something quirky might just break out in the seats.
Football games do attract a mostly male audience, and you know what men are like. We’re bold and loud, but we’re also very simple creatures.
It doesn’t take a lot to keep a man entertained.
Put a camera on us, and we’ll do something.
This West Virginia football game was a proving ground for two very energetic and friendly dudes.
The crowd was hyped for the game, but the real show happened in the seats.
As the game went on, the well-known JumboTron screen went around scanning the crowd for anything cool happening.
Anything to show the fans what they might be missing while they’re focused on the game.
It’s here, over at one particular seating row, where the biggest highlight of that game happened – not anywhere on the field.
Two men, Anderson Small and Charles E. Hayes, were smack dead-center on the screen when the JumboTron camera panned to them.
Knowing all eyes were on him, Charles started giving them the show they wanted.
“Party Rock Anthem” was blaring through the speakers, he couldn’t let them down.
Charles started busting it down, then up, then left, then right. The crowd wanted entertainment, and he was gonna give it to them.
He knew how to groove and now was his chance to show for it.
But he didn’t have the stage all to himself. Charles had some competition in the seat right next to his.
The man was Anderson Small, and he could move every bit as smoothly as Charles could. Charles might have been sick with it, but Anderson could keep up.
What ensued was a show of dominance through dance.
Charles and Anderson went at it, dancing each other off for the camera.
Well, they wanted to give the crowd a show after all. Can’t say they didn’t accomplish it.
The dance off intensified, until the two were mirroring each other’s moves.
In fact, they were mirroring each other a bit too well.
That’s because they’re not rival strangers. These two are friends.
Charles and Anderson knew that the key to a good show was a bit of drama. Make a faux rivalry for the crowd, and your resulting dance-off will have that much more tension to it.
Their intuition was absolutely correct, seeing how they got well over half a million views on YouTube.
Anderson and Charles are born entertainers, and I bet any hangout or party with these two must be a blast.
Wherever they are now, I hope they’re still keeping this dynamic and energy of theirs alive.
It makes the day so much more exciting when someone’s as willing to put on a show as much as these two.
