Chris Kempter was barely a teenager when he stunned music lovers everywhere battling it out on the fiddle alongside his “twin” brothers.

Back in 2016, a video surfaced featuring Christian Gospel band The Kempters as the youngest in the family went toe-to-toe with five versions of himself thanks to a green screen.

At the beginning of the video, Chris stands in front of the band with his fiddle in hand when the second version of him hilariously slides into the camera view.

That’s when the other three “twins” get into the mix and the real show begins.

The Kempters go off on their instruments, playing popular fiddle tune “The Orange Blossom Special.”

“The Orange Blossom Special” is a famous song written by Ervin T. Ross in 1938, though it later became very popular in the 1950s bluegrass scene as a go-to for fiddlers everywhere.

You can’t even tell this video is made with a green screen!

The five versions of Chris Kempter light their fiddles on fire with the rest of the family band standing behind them. The band consists of Chris on the fiddle, brother Nathan on the bass, sister Danielle on the keys, sister Joanna Kempter on the mandolin and father Chaz Kempter on the guitar.

Throughout the entire performance, The Kempters play “Orange Blossom Special” to perfection.

All five clones of Chris Kempter go back and forth between playing different parts of the song and all playing as one. It’s hard to believe he was just 14 years old when this video was created. He’s clearly already an expert on his fiddle!

Now a grown man, Chris has found many other talents that he loves to pursue and perfect.

He does everything from drawing and painting to making jewelry, knives and obviously playing the fiddle like a madman. Chris also plays the violin and sings tenor, baritone and a little bit of bass.

The end of “The Orange Blossom Special” video is filled with epic fiddle battles, as Chris’s “twins” are eliminated one by one.

By the last two minutes of the performance, only two Chrises are left and they both begin giving it all they’ve got in a fabulous display of fiddling. That’s when the last Chris imposter has finally had enough—he walks off the screen and the winner is declared!
