Children are incredible when they focus on learning something new or acquiring a skill they’re interested in.
Twelve-year-old Karolina Protsenko is living proof. A violin prodigy has impressed the internet with her phenomenal violin playing skills. Recently, she’s decided to spice things up a bit, and tackle a world-famous smash hit song “Despacito.”
Let’s see how the violin “Despacito” rendition turns out!

Karolina’s career took a turn for the better when she and her family moved to the United States.
This little lady with long hair and the most contagious, cheerful smile was born in Ukraine. Her parents are both musicians, and they’ve introduced Karolina to the beauty of classical music.

In 2015, the Protsenko family moved to the United States and Karolina began with violin lessons.
She’s a classically trained young musician whose dream is to make people happy. Like any child, Karolina is also a dreamer and hopes to bring joy and peace with her music. The girl began busking in summer 2017, in Santa Monica, CA. Karolina has got three YouTube channels, and the official one’s got over half a million subscribers.

There you’ll find various interesting covers, such as “Believer” by Imagine Dragons, “Wake Me Up” by Avicii, a couple of Ed Sheeran’s songs, Post Malone’s “Sunflower,” “The Final Countdown” by Europe and a lot more.
Almost the same number of fans follow Karolina on Instagram, and we can see a bright future ahead of her. For more information, visit Karolina’s official website.

The little girl began posting on YouTube in 2016, and “Despacito” came out only a year later.
Parents manage all of Karolina’s social media accounts, and, incredibly, the girl has progressed so much in such a short time.

She began playing the violin when she was six.
Now she’s 12, and it’s safe to say that she’s been playing that instrument for half of her life. However, “Despacito” in Karolina’s interpretation sounds like a pure masterpiece.

The girl plays violin like a pro, and the song seems so effortless as she plays it!
From the very beginning, you can see Karolina playing in the middle of the street. She’s dressed casually and her little dance moves while she plays are priceless. The way she moves around makes it hard to believe that she plays that violin!

It’s just so hard to imagine that someone can produce such a clean sound, while at the same time twisting around so much!
We guess that’s simply called talent. The girl feels the music, and it’s obvious from every note she plays.

She’s a natural-born performer, and the audience can’t take their eyes off of her.
If it were up to us, we would have already given this little madam the superstar title—she deserves it because we’ve never seen someone so young playing so passionately. Her energy is mind-blowing!

With four albums under her belt, Karolina continues to treat her audience to some outstanding content.
Karolina enjoys her music, and that’s what makes her immense talent ten times better. You can see that she’s doing it because she loves it, not because she has to.

All parents who may be asking themselves if it’s hard to learn to play the violin, have to remember that children can suck things up like a sponge if they’re interested in something.
Nourish their talents, and let them involve in activities they choose. Thank you Karolina for inspiring us all, and good luck with your future projects!
