The video features the newlyweds, Bill and Mary, positioned at the head table.

As they are sitting and enjoying their pleasant reception, Bill’s nephew R.J. takes his position on the dance floor. As the best man, he’s been tasked with delivering the first speech, and all eyes flicker over him.

His speech commences with a moment of gratitude:

“I would like to thank you all for coming to this wedding. I would also like to thank Bill and Mary for hosting this wedding. Special thanks to Bill for inviting me to be his best man.”

The gears quickly begin to shift as R.K’s speech takes an unexpected turn for the hilarious.

Completely soaking up the spotlight, this 11-year-old shows zero signs of nervousness or anxiety.

It’s a skill to be able to speak in front of a crowd, and R.J. handles it like a professional! If one thing is for sure, this kid was born to perform.

He reveals to the anticipating crowd:

“Me and Bill, we go back a long time. Eleven years…pretty much my whole life.”

The crowd begins to roar, giving the groom’s nephew all the fire he needs to keep the jokes rolling.

R.J. begins to spill the beans about his newlywed uncle’s dating history.

While it may not necessarily be what a new bride wants to hear on her wedding day, the kid keeps it cool, cute and funny.

“You know, we used to live in Iowa and every year he would come around to visit…with a new girlfriend. Sometimes two.”

Allegedly, his uncle would turn to him for dating advice.

Things must’ve been a little rough if he needed to seek the advice of his nephew, but R.J. admits that he always gave his uncle the best:

“He would ask me for advice. Usually I would say, ‘Kick ’em to the curb!’”

Flawlessly and fearlessly, R.J. delivers a purely comedic speech to the entire reception tent. In unity, the tent roars at his adorable stunt.

But what about Mary, the bride?

The sweet kid uses the uncomfortable parts of his speech to illustrate his point.

He shifts his gears again to focus on the bride and coincidentally gives her the biggest smile.

“But you know, when Mary came she was different – she seemed normal. So I said, ‘Go for it!’ And I’m happy you listened to my advice.”

Even the newlyweds dissolved into fits of laughter by the end of the speech.

The young boy closes his speech with comical sincerity and grace. His heart is precious and it shows.

“I leave you with this one final thought…stop asking me for advice. I’m 11 years old! Congratulations.”

At the speech’s end, R.J. receives a standing ovation from the entire reception tent. It’s clear to see that this won’t be his last time entertaining a crowd. With close to two million views and 42,000 likes on YouTube, many would agree!
